  I rented a car over the Christmas holiday and want to compliment TK on dealing with a tough situation with grace and sincerity. When I showed up to the location I found out the car I had reserved was not available, and in fact, the location was out of cars altogether as no one had returned the cars they were supposed to have. TK was put in an impossible situation, being the only member of the staff working the Monday of Christmas week and being without any cars. After two hours, TK was able to find me a car and get me on the road. Despite the car being an upgrade, she told me there would be no additional charge. Upon return, TK once again apologized and proactively discounted my rate because of the delay I experienced at the time. She did not need to do this, especially considering she had already given me a free upgrade, but it was very appreciated. TK handled the situation with grace and assisted the others who were in the same unfortunate situation. Enterprise corporate needs to do a better job of ensuring vehicles are delivered to the local branches when reservations have been made. Additionally Enterprise does not seem to have anywhere to leave a compliment based off a past experience, yet another disservice to their team members that should be corrected.

  Best car rental customer service ever! They called a couple days in advance to confirm my rental. They didn't have the SUV I requested on the pick-up day (none had been returned in time) so they called first thing that morning to see if I would be satisfied with a smaller car. We required an SUV for luggage and four passengers so they brought a very nice one over from another location. I didn't need to video the condition of the rental as the agent did that with me. And, when we left an EZPass in the car, they held it for me until I could pick up. So much better than renting at BWI.

  The worst service. Manager has a temper problem. Lost our reservation, blamed us, insulted us, then refused service. Avoid this place, they are terrible and mean on top of it. Seemed to think it was funny to ruin a family’s day.

  Logan did a perfect job today, being able to get me into a rental in a matter of minutes after a same day hit & run. He was very professional, friendly, & addressed each one of my concerns. I've been to this location before with, well, less than ideal service. I nominate him for a raise !💲💪

  My fiancé and I are missing Thanksgiving with our family over $15 and he also missed a days pay and spent over $50 today on Uber due to this location not being able to accommodate his rental that he reserved well in advance this past Friday. I am beyond upset that we are missing the holiday with our families on top of all of the money wasted in an effort to ensure we would have transportation to be with our family on Thanksgiving. I have never experienced a process so difficult in obtaining a rental vehicle. I would like to speak with a superior at this location. Would not recommend depending on this location.
