The customer service was so wonderful. Let’s start with Nakya the assistant manager. She called to tell me they were waiting on cars however she was so apologetic that I felt like she understood my hurt. Joey who is the branch manager went far and beyond to make sure I had a reservation and even sent someone to come get me right away. Ciara who was the beautiful woman who picked me up was ridiculously sweet and kind. During the grief I was experiencing, I was feeling better when I got out of her vehicle. Her words were so comforting. I’m still thanking God for her during that time. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Ensung who completed my reservation and sent me on my way with his kindness and smile. Just writing this makes me emotional because I don’t think these beautiful people know how far their kindness and professionalism means to me. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
