  If I could give zero stars, I would. I reserved a vehicle a month in advance. I started calling to confirm 3 days in advance becasue I had time sensitive travel plans. each time they alluded to not honoring my reservation, saying they can't guarantee anything. Lo and behold on the day of the reservation I call, they say they will have the car but when I arrive they dont have it. They had me wait in there for an hour only to not be able to honor the reservation, just as I expected. This company needs to go out of business.

  I’ve used Enterprise a number of times and am always happy to go back - helpful friendly staff and very clean cars.

  Every single employee here was awesome; a bunch of friendly, chill people who get the job done for you quickly without drama. Shout out to Joe especially, thanks for the ride Sir!! My rental was clean and brand new, and the insurance and enterprise handled everything for me together behind the scenes, so I have zero complaints.

  This location isn’t the best. I get that people need jobs and do the best they can. The experience I had 12/02/2025 -12/03/2025 just wasn’t good. I waited over an hour for someone to come to the body shop when the girl arrived she looked overworked and frustrated. She stated they were short staff. She rushed the whole process I’m saw VEHICLE damage inside and out. She said it was fine and noted that the car had no damage which wasn’t true. She stated it had to be over 8inches which clearly it was. So at this point I’m just ready to leave because I have my toddler and I’m waiting for a very long time for someone to arrive. The car had issues I didn’t have it for 24hrs I called the very next day in the morning reported that it was having mechanical issues and soon as I got in the car the tire pressure light came on. while I’m driving the vehicle stops repeatedly. They gave me a dirty vehicle like I never should have agreed to drive off with it being desperate so I can’t do nothing but blame myself. When I arrive today they had me wait close to a hour to review the damage that I didn’t do and that was clear as day it was on the car already. I stated I haven’t been anywhere for this to even happen and the car still had a full tank of gas. The experience yesterday and today was horrible. I also have never rented a car and it was okay for the seats to be DIRTY AND STAINS. I’ve rented cars because and the cars are always CLEAN SEATS AND ALL. The second car I had today she went over what was damaged on the car but the first time I didn’t get that she told me not to Worry about it it’s not over 8inchs. How am I being held liable for something I didn’t do? Just smart mouths and no empathy I will never do business with this location again or probably now any enterprise. I was almost late picking up my son I was last person to leave after everyone got a vehicle that came after me. I’m going back in forth with them about a car that was jacked up when it arrived to me at the body shop. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Im a honest person and rented here before without an issue how is it this time I get bad service. The girl says we do business all the time with the body shop this never happened what does that have to do with me? Like who goes around just damaging stuff. Piss poor company.
