  My favorite place to rent a vehicle. I rent a truck from them a couple times a month. Everyone in here are very friendly. Leah always takes good care of me. She knows what I like and makes sure I am comfortable in my vehicle before I leave. Most rental place give you a key and tell you to have a good day. Not here, they walk you to your vehicle point out and take notes of any damage. I would recommend using this enterprise over the BWI location.

  This Enterprise location was helpful and in a good location. Leah handled my check-in and check-out. She is professional, kind, and efficient. I had no issues. They picked me up from the auto shop and dropped me off. They communicated well. I didn't have any wait times. The Ford EDGE was an amazing rental.

  After making a reservation with your competitor and flying halfway across the country just to be told at 11pm they didn’t have any vehicles, I visited this location on the recommendation of my Uber driver. They opened their doors 10 minutes early when they noticed me waiting in the cold. May have been the nicest people I dealt with while in the city. Got me in a car super fast. For this situation enterprise has created a customer for life. I only worry that I will be let down by other locations because of how well ran this one is.

  I been renting from enterprise long time but at this location when I went to rewrite my contract for extension black young women sits on left when you enter don’t like that I keep extending for some reason she try to put false little dent on me which already existed and didn’t let me extend kept the car and said wait to hear from claim department I felt she was extremely wrong since then I didn’t get my point been renting from month also didn’t get receipt on my email so unprofessional of this office and specific problem creating black girl!! Definitely will fight false claim but she ruin my day and everything I hope nobody meet such devilish people.

  The customer service at this location is the best. I’ve had to rent a-lot of cars recently, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly each time I visit. They really help make the rental process easy and stress free.
