  If I could give this place a zero, I would. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I implore you. I have used enterprise for rentals for years. On 2/20, I ordered a one day rental from this Enterprise. When my mother and I did the walk around the car with the sales person, we noted damage to the front bumper. The sales person said that was typical wear and tear and not to worry about it because they already knew about the damage. He then gave us the keys. The very next day, I returned the car and the person (who was different than the person the day before), Tam, who is the assistant manager there, checked the car. He said everything was fine and released my $300 hold and wished me a good day. About two to three hours later, I get a call from Tam about the front bumper damage. I told him what his colleague said and that he noted that it was wear and tear and there before the rental. Tam said that they found damage on the front bumper and they filed a damage report on the car. I asked if they saw the damage why was I released and granted a refund on the hold and say everything was okay. He says they just saw the damage after further investigation. I reiterated that his colleague noted the front bumper damage prior to me taking the car. Tam then said that he would call me if there was anything to come of the “investigation” into the front bumper damage. A week passed, and no call. I randomly check my junk mail, and see a request for me to file a claim with my insurance due to damage to the car. My mother and I go to this Enterprise, where I speak to Tam directly. He says that they saw the front bumper damage after l left. I challenged it and told him about his college and how he didn’t keep his word to call if they decided to move forward in the filing of the report. He gave me the number to the Damage and Recovery Unit (DRU) which handles these cases. I called immediately when I got to my car after speaking to Tam, and spoke to Kristin from the Enterprise DRU . I told her the entire story, and after looking into my rental agreement, she noted THAT FRONT BUMPER DAMAGE WAS ALREADY NOTED IN MY RENTAL AGREEMENT. She said they should’ve NEVER filed that report as the damage was there prior to my rental and was noted. She closed the case completely and found no fault. I feel this place is untrustworthy, and tried to scam me into paying for previous damage that they already noted. Had Tam or any other leadership looked at my rental agreement, they would’ve seen the damage they tried to pin on me was already existing. This was poor oversight on the part of the staff. My mother was about to order an SUV for this weekend and my aunt for a road trip in May. They have now decided to take their business elsewhere, and Enterprise will continue to lose business if their leadership continues to fail their customers and cause unnecessary stress. Rent here at your very own risk as this location is shifty and tries to get over on you.

  After a terrible two days of travel, being welcomed by Olivia and Johnny completely turned things around for us. They were so kind and genuinely welcoming, and they made everything incredibly easy and seamless. After such a stressful journey, we truly couldn’t thank them enough for their warmth and hospitality.

  Convenient and great customer service. I'm glad my insurance agent recommended them as one of their affiliates - great choice. The rental car I was given was a lot of fun to drive and I enjoyed the overall experience very much.
