  If you're going to rent a car from Enterprise I love this location best. I've been renting there for at least 17 years. At the beginning it was twice or three times a month. But I still rent as often as I can. The little baby I picked up in PG county is now 18 years old and sometimes she wants to stay home with her mom. Anyway the staff is awesome, the cars or vehicles they have are great. They're always there to lend a hand with My Bluetooth and phone use. Very respectful and friendly. Always welcoming me in and hope to see you next time is always there when I come and go. For this past weekend I wish I took some pictures, but I didn't. I did just send something a few minutes ago. Thanks again

  I Totaled my car amd needed to get back to new jersey anf they would not assist me because I did not have a Major Credit and requested that I have a Maryland license when I am from NJ. I had to pay over 400 dollars for a Uber home.

  Giving -100 stars. Reserved a vehicle online. Got dropped off at the store, talked with Lauren at the front desk and gave her my ID. There was an issue with same day renting but Garret said we were good to go. For him to walk back to Lauren look at the screen to say I’m on a do not rent list. Btw rented last week but didn’t tell them that so i asked again and they both said I’m on the list. So walked 45 mins home to call customer service and they find nothing!!!! Call the store back to let them know one I’m military and on holiday leave and two I’ve lived overseas so it’s impossible and their response was SOMEONE USED MY INFORMATION TO RENT A CAR AND ARGUED WITH AN EMPLOYEE SO IM ON THE LIST. Call customer service again and they looked the LAST 5 YEARS and i haven’t rented. Last time was 2012, 13 years ago. Call the store again to talk to Lauren she then states oh im showing nothing you are good to rent. Absolutely not, complaint has been made on both of them and I’m just shocked. Will never rent from enterprise again and i will definitely be putting it in all military groups on fb, TikTok, twitter and instagram. Hope yall lose customers, and your welcome for serving our country.🫡

  Two thumbs up for the entire team enterprise! They were all very friendly and helpful in helping us get through a very difficult situation. We recently broke down on a highway and were stuck waiting for our truck to be fixed. They had us in a comparable truck and on our way in no time at all. Thank you all so much!
