There was an issue with same day renting but Garret said we were good to go. For him to walk back to Lauren look at the screen to say I’m on a do not rent list. Btw rented last week but didn’t tell them that so i asked again and they both said I’m on the list. So walked 45 mins home to call customer service and they find nothing!!!! Call the store back to let them know one I’m military and on holiday leave and two I’ve lived overseas so it’s impossible and their response was SOMEONE USED MY INFORMATION TO RENT A CAR AND ARGUED WITH AN EMPLOYEE SO IM ON THE LIST. Call customer service again and they looked the LAST 5 YEARS and i haven’t rented. Last time was 2012, 13 years ago. Call the store again to talk to Lauren she then states oh im showing nothing you are good to rent. Absolutely not, complaint has been made on both of them and I’m just shocked. Will never rent from enterprise again and i will definitely be putting it in all military groups on fb, TikTok, twitter and instagram. Hope yall lose customers, and your welcome for serving our country.🫡

We recently broke down on a highway and were stuck waiting for our truck to be fixed. They had us in a comparable truck and on our way in no time at all. Thank you all so much!

The manager Dre Scott didn’t know how to work the services for the company website. I asked him a question and instead of looking for answers or someone else to help or try to assist me, he says he doesn’t know. When I get there for my rental I was talking to the manager about my concerns and another employee decided to laugh at my face
