Great experience and outstanding customer service. Specific call out to Marcus, Johnny, and Hannah at the Dundalk Enterprise for all their help and great service. I also want to thank Rosalind at the Enterprise on rte 40 in Catonsville where I dropped off my rental car and who drove me to up my car. Great customer service all around. I will definitely recommend Enterprise to others! 5/5

I called in advanced to see if I could switch out my sedan with SUV. Was told over the phone that was fine and I could come right then. When I showed up, he told me it would be 10/15 minutes. I waited almost a half hour and watched them take numerous customers while I waited. Ended up having to leave because I had to get back to work and I was transparent that I was on a timeline. I called back because I don’t like to leave bad reviews without seeking to understand first. I wanted to speak with someone to understand what I could have done on my end to make that process better and was basically told that experience is the standard but they would speak to their representatives to make sure they set better expectations. Super unprofessional… I have had fine experiences at other locations so I would just avoid this one. The manager was Jose.
