I was never even able to talk to anyone there as every time I called that location, I was immediately put on hold, no one ever picked up. By coincidence, there was an Enterprise guy from the York Road location at my car shop, there to pick up someone else. He was incredibly helpful, tried to sort things out for me. Even he could not get through to the Reisterstown location, but, looking into the inventory of various locations, said that they didn’t even have the car that was supposed to be reserved for me. I lost half a work day and had to postpone my car repairs because of Reisterstown Enterprise’s incompetence. The bar could not be lower if they tried.
