  Arrived around 11:40am on a Saturday after being told we could drop off until 12 - closing time is 12 noon. The doors were completely locked. I called and did get through to someone who would not come out and assist. Was told that we could use the key drop off and would be charged for the day even though we asked about returning the day before and were denied. If key drop off was allowed, why couldn’t we the day prior?? Staff member left the building at 11:57am from another door and left the premises. Guess the hours AREN’T until 12. Bad customer service.

  I recently rented a car from Enterprise in 1501 S. Caton Ave. Baltimore and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pickup process was quick and easy. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. I'd definitely rent from them again.

  Enterprise used to deliver and pickup rentals if needed. That isn't done any longer. The times sure have changed.

  My reservation was already set when I got there and the fact that they pick me up to get the rental.only thing.i was not told in order to get drop back off upon returning the car it had to be before 4:00.so I had to get my own wy home.which I felt like they could have drop me off I was only 15min.away.but overall service was great
