  Car taken to Bob's Autonotive, ....told car taken to Ritchie highway, talk to on phone.......went their to get (BAD) response from staff ...........find out at wrong location and nasty response by manager (Mr Puckett) "SUN SHINE"........TRY to get information order out his shop in which his open the door to show me out ............I'm 74 yrs.old I don't need treatment from someone who needs MANGER 'training '........Thank You!

  I was rear ended with $8,000 worth of body and suspension damage and Geico sent my car here because it was in network. I was skeptical at first but I was more than satisfied with the outcome. Review: -The quality of their work was awesome! My car looks and drive better than even before the accident. -They kept me updated the entire time through calls, voicemails and automated texts. -They also finished the work 6 days ahead of schedule. -They even detailed the car inside and out. (DETAILED, not just passed through a car wash)
