William took the time to help me step by step and really went above and beyond. At first, we thought it was just one light bulb. We replaced it and believed everything was fixed, but when I went back to my mechanic, it turned out the lights still weren’t working. I returned to AutoZone, and William didn’t brush it off—he stayed with me and helped figure out what went wrong. We realized the bulb had been placed in the wrong spot, and he personally came outside to help remove the bulbs and put them in correctly. On top of that, he helped me identify that another piece was burnt out and made sure I found the exact part I needed. Throughout the whole process, he was patient, calm, and made me feel at ease, even with the back-and-forth and initial mistakes. Overall, William is an excellent employee who truly cares about helping customers. If you’re at AutoZone and need assistance, I highly recommend asking for William.
