  Went in with a dead battery after only a year and they honored the warranty on my receipt without question. Both the original purchase and this warranty exchange went super well. The guys there are always very polite and respectful. Both battery installs were done with care and attention, including corrosion prevention. Highly recommend Advance Auto for car batteries.

  Very help staff! I had an awful experience at AutoZone up the street, and these guys fixed EVERYTHING. I can't recommend enough.

  We ordered a part online for pick-up using an online discount code that had been unavailable at other retailers in the area. We had a child who was ready for their nap and thought it was going to be a quick in and out since they would have the part ready. Their online ordering system was down, so not only was it not ready but they did not have the part in stock (despite it being purchased online). The staff was pleasant, but it took an hour of time with a tired and hungry kid. We were told that to cancel the order and have the discount honored that we would have to call customer support. We did that, and they were completely unhelpful. Since the online ordering system was down, they would not allow us to use the coupon at a different store (since it would be an “in person” order). They only offered a $5 code and no apology despite the savings being worth $12. I will never patron Advance Auto due to the awful customer service. I do apologize to this location since it is not fully within their control, but their system is terrible.

  UPDATE apparently the policy on the advance auto parts website does say unopened but the policy at the store does not so I owe an apology to the manager. I am updating this so people understand that if you buy a produc from AAP consider it unreturnable especially at this location. Hope this helps avoid unnecessary hassle!! 0 stars if I could. AVOID this location at all cost especially if you need to return an item! The manager said his name was Maurice but who knows since no one wears name tags. He refused to accept a return for a part I just bought the part was not used I had the receipt told me they dont accept returns for parts if the package is opened. The item was not used I asked to see where is that in the policy he referred me to the policy board told him didnt see it. He walked me over and read the board and he couldn't find it yet he still refused to accept the return told me I had no options and for me to call the 800 number. He literally just makes up policies luckily I have options just drove down the street to another location and the return was easy breezy didnt even ask me why I am returning the part. Again just the plastic bag had been opened still new in the box. I feel bad for someone who doesn't have options cant drive to another location or cant come back when store manager is there. AVOID
