They don't know what the codes are on their engine readers so if something is wrong, and the reader shows it they can't tell you what any of the codes mean. It's pointless to even attach the meter, if they have no idea what anything means. And the employees kept yelling back and forth with each other instead of just walking two extra steps to talk at a normal level smh.

One worker was helping me find a part, I guess she couldn't read the screen asked another co worker for help and he says they don't have the piece. I order and pay for what I need. 5 days later still no part. What was the point? Like I stated before terrible service, terrible experience, no professionalism. I don't know why I expected more

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
