- APAshley PalmerDec 10, 20254.0They have always had the parts we need especially when our serpentine belt broke you have to call Commercial if you have a commercial account always check your box or whatever you are getting to make sure all the pieces and parts are there trying to get a water pump and the gasket was not in the box and tell me it didn't come with it however I got somebody to pull another water pump kit and surprise surprise gasket included all water pumps always comes with a gasket but hey things happen the issue was resolved

They don't know what the codes are on their engine readers so if something is wrong, and the reader shows it they can't tell you what any of the codes mean. It's pointless to even attach the meter, if they have no idea what anything means. And the employees kept yelling back and forth with each other instead of just walking two extra steps to talk at a normal level smh.
