Came in to get a battery for my car and purchased the battery which was 200+ only to be told by the most obnoxious rep with no empathy and void of customer service, that he and this company could not install battery’s in any car 2020 and up. Mind you my car was running outside with little battery life.. went across the street to Auto zone and they gladly excepted my money and installed the battery with no issues and no special techniques. When i mentioned the incident they weren’t surprised and knew who the representative was. Many businesses have closed for less than this. Recommended a revamp in customer service training
