Who knew they had a wiper warranty program? The representative was very helpful, took the anxiety away by actually replacing the wiper for me.

Thank you so much, Shawn and the young lady working alongside of you today. My wiper flew off while traveling. They were so attentive providing me with pricing and quick service, right at closing. After he punched out, he even put my wipers on! What a true blessing. Great customer service!

The worst customer service ever. The guy hung up on me 2 times. I was asking a question and he hung up. I called back he put me on hold. No one was in there because I was outside and I saw no one was in there. I am definitely reaching out to corporate office about this guy. Very very rude

I visited your store in need of a replacement battery component. The store manager was initially kind and attentive. He came outside, asked me to pop my hood, and attempted to assist me. After inspecting what I needed, he gently laid my hood and proceeded to look for the correct part. He was unable to locate it and recommended that I visit AutoZone, which is located approximately 0.5 miles away.
During my drive to AutoZone, my hood unexpectedly flew open in the middle of traffic. This was an extremely frightening and dangerous experience that nearly caused an accident. When I returned to the store to explain what happened, the manager denied any responsibility and insisted that he had properly closed my hood, placing the blame entirely on me.
Since then, I have contacted customer service, who informed me that the district manager would reach out. That contact never occurred, and I have now reached out to the president of the company due to the seriousness of the situation.
As a result of the hood not being secured, my vehicle sustained damage. The recent heavy rain has now caused electrical issues, leaving my car inoperable. This has directly impacted my ability to get to work and transport my children to school.
I am requesting immediate attention to this matter, as the negligence displayed has created significant safety hazards, financial burdens, and disruptions to my daily life.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?
Expand FAQ item
Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
