Most recently time we went, they sold me what I need, told me they help me install, charged me shipping to have it shipped to the store and then refused to help me install. They flat out lied when I reminded them that they said they would do help at time of purchase. Stain on the community. I’d rather have the pet store back, and I don’t own pet.

Her and Will both helped me and did a fantastic job helping fix my battery when I was in a pinch before a snowstorm. I would 100% recommend this location to a friend or family member.

I was so scared my phone was dead and my keys were locked in my car. I went in and bought a stick thing to get in there and they came out and helped me and we got my keys out so fast!! 10/10 thank god for them
