  I wish i give 0 star I was disappointed by Machenic my truck was derate in Baltimore on that same day truck was derate in pa they change def pump nd def level sensor I hav explained everything this things happen to my truck we hav changed these parts nd truck go derate again plz diagnose my truck nd update me b4 u start work on it i hav dropped my truck last Thursday nd they hav no time to get in shop until next Monday when they pull truck in shop they diagnose nd they send me diagnostic report they said the last guy who work on ur truck he put wrong def pump in ur truck ur def pump was underpressuried nd all codes r related to pump i said ok go head fix it plz its almost week i m loosing money everyday ok then they said ok ur truck will be ready by Tuesday there is no code we pick truck Wednesday morning nd when driver was heading to perryville Md truck got derate sign nd limited speed sign show up in dashboard I spoke with David he said we fix it I don’t know there might be something else my question was to David what did u diagnose at truck u guys charge 2234 usd dollar nd truck got derate same as we fixed from last guy they just focused on one thing ur pump is wrong part ok when they putt correct part why this things happen again nd i spoke to previous guy u installed wrong pump he said there’s no chance of it we got pump from Harrisburg pa freightliner dealership berman they run vin number nd give us part ok then he send me invoice proof of purchase i hav sent to Baltimore dealer David said why u didn’t tell me b4 u hav invoice of that part i said does it matter I hav invoice or not what did u diagnose on truck I hav paid u money after all paying that money i m stuck on road again i m the one who loosing money then they denied to pay my money back they said we can only refund def pump money coz of them i hav had to arrange tow truck from Md to Canada it’s cost me 4500 cad this not fare I m sharing photos of diagnose report nd previously bought pump which was installed by other guy which they said that was wrong pump
