  Terrible service, we are ignored every time we are in the store. We’ve had to leave multiple times without making a purchase because no one waited on us. Most recently time we went, they sold me what I need, told me they help me install, charged me shipping to have it shipped to the store and then refused to help me install. They flat out lied when I reminded them that they said they would do help at time of purchase. Stain on the community. I’d rather have the pet store back, and I don’t own pet.

  This is the place to go for auto service. Amanda is an incredibly hardworking person and valuable employee to this company. Her and Will both helped me and did a fantastic job helping fix my battery when I was in a pinch before a snowstorm. I would 100% recommend this location to a friend or family member.

  I would like to share my outstanding experience at this store, especially with the sales person Will, who provided exceptional service. My wife visited the store recently to get her battery changed, and Will went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. From the moment she walked in, Will greeted her with professionalism, patience, and a friendly attitude. He listened carefully to what she needed, explained every step clearly, and made sure she understood all of her options without any pressure. His knowledge and confidence made her feel comfortable right away. What truly impressed us was Will’s honesty and attention to detail. He took extra time to double-check everything, ensuring the battery was installed correctly and that all functions were working perfectly before she left. He treated the situation as if it were his own family member, which is rare to find these days. The store itself is very clean, organized, and welcoming — truly the best store because of employees like Will. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication reflect the high standards of this location. My wife left extremely satisfied, and we are grateful for the excellent customer service. We highly recommend this store and especially Will for anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality service. We will definitely return for any future needs.
