  When I first arrived, the wait time was short. The staff assisting my father and me were incredibly professional, honest, and attentive. They made sure we fully understood the issues and clearly explained how they would address them before proceeding. I especially appreciated that they always asked for our approval before making any repairs. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to others.

  VIOC is usually good and this was not my normal location, however, this error could have been damaging in several ways. The tech didn't completely close the hood. It wasn't noticeable until I got on the highway at a faster speed. It started popping up and down. Thankfully I was able to pull over and close it tight. This was dangerous especially on a highway.

  I always trust this location. During my most recent oil change, I elected to do one recommended extra service. I was informed repeatedly that there might be some issues as the system dealt with the cleaning service. As I drove away, it seemed an extraordinary amount of knocking so I drove it back just to check. The manager took some time triple checking to be sure everything was done correctly and had me run the engine for a while. As I drove away the second time everything was better than it was when I originally brought in the car. I appreciated the manager’s professionalism, patience and care. As a teacher, I am also always pleased with how the younger employees are mentored. I will continue to return.

  This franchise is horrible!!!! Very much a cookie cutter kind of team, the general manager is nasty, and has a team of staff that knows nothing about car services. They literally read a script off which makes your 15 minute oil change longer.

  We had our oil changed last week. We have been having a small issue with our battery which led to us having to jump start the car. When I opened the hood oil was sprayed everywhere under the hood. The technician that changed our oil apparently did not put the cap back on. This Kickstarted a series of events that led to my family no longer having an automobile... DO NOT COME HERE
