Do not buy a used car from this dealership.
The Good:
-The buying process was super easy and they worked with me great. Shout out to George.
-Rachel the Service Manager is super helpful and knows her stuff and helped me out a lot with getting me into service ASAP.
-Staff inside the building is super friendly
The Bad:
-Sold me a used car with a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty. During the test drive the backup camera did not work. Within a week of having the vehicle it had to go into service for a leaking driver side rear differential output shaft seal and a leaking transmission output shaft seal. Was told that they could not cover the seals under the warranty due to the fluid "seeping" and not leaking. Which... odd but didnt argue it further. Then brought the car in for the rear differential grinding and they changed the differential fluid, grinding continued and still continues as I'm writing this. Within 2 weeks of buying the vehicle the AC compressor went bad and the windshield wipers would periodically not work, brought the vehicle back to get fixed under warranty. During this process they had the car for over a week (waiting on parts).
Conclusion:
The car I bought had a litany of issues that were not apparent from initial driving or to a blind eye, It took me getting under the car with a mechanic to find issues that were not addressed by the service team prior to selling the vehicle. And then were not covered by the warranty. They did cover the minor non mechanical issues but not the actual mechanical issues with the car. I would not trust buying another used vehicle from this dealership.

The best in the business! We have been searching for a truck for 14 years, and we found ourselves in a position to finally make our purchase. Living in GA, we were having a difficult time finding a truck that met our requirements. On a whim, I reached out to an old friend, Ryan Wiegand to see if they had any trucks. To our surprise, they had a 2021 GMC Sierra that met everything we were looking for. When we decided to make our purchase with the Sheehy team, Ryan, Doug and Brian took the best care of us! They even set up an off site delivery to help us with traveling up to get the truck. If you’re looking for anything, give Ryan Wiegand a call!! This team is the best in the business and will do everything they can to help.

Yasir was my sales associate at Sheehy of Annapolis. You can tell he is extremely passionate about his job and pleasing his client. I had an excellent experience with him.
I came in to see a 2024 GX550. I’ve never driven a Lexus so I took it for a test drive first. Really loved the way it handled. The vehicle JUST got there so it hasn’t had its 161 point inspection or Maryland inspection yet. We entered negotiations and I ended up with a payment I was comfortable with. The finance personnel were awesome! Ensured they explained the extra coverage (which I got extended and Gap). My finance rate was low for a pre owned vehicle too through Lexus financing. I could not sign the papers, however, until it was inspected.
The service department took my vehicle right away to get started on the inspects (Friday). Saturday Yasir FaceTimed with me to show them working on the vehicle. They found a crack in the windshield that needed to be replaced so pick up was pushed to Monday. They went above and beyond to get everything ready! When I arrived there at 5pm on Monday, Yasir ensured everything was ready to go! We were at the dealership less than 20 minutes. I noticed my vehicle didn’t have the rear privacy cover so he located one to give me at the dealership. I highly recommend Yasir and anyone in the service and finance department. I am extremely pleased with my experience and super happy to be a Lexus owner!

Dealership replied so I will also. Again progressive gave an estimate on March 6. The final result was the same since the beginning of what was covered
My car is a Lexus RC350. My wheel finish is chrome. I did a simple google search and found the exact wheel with matching chrome finish and will update with pictures. I’m amazed that me as a customer could find this but a dealership couldn’t.
Dealership mentioned giving me a loaner that I never asked so I’m confused at the relevance. I wanted my car in a timely manner which took over 3 weeks and multiple miscommunication
It would be nice for owner to take accountability instead of making excuses for bad service. Car also still has repairing markings when returned.
Absolutely horrible. Took over 3 weeks to get my car back. Wheel damage. Almost zero communication from person assigned to me - Jason. My progressive adjuster emailed us both on March 6 only for the rep to text me 2 days later saying do I have any updates. I now have to help him find the email sent to us both from Progressive that i clearly saw.
Issue 2: Was told first 2 wheels and tire would be covered and then later told that I would instead have to pay for the tire. I again have to reach out to my insurance where they are just as confused as me because it was in fact covered. I’m now playing the middle man on issues the dealership should be handling
Issue 3: They ordered 2 replacement alloy wheels that were not a match and made zero attempt to find the actual correct color. I was able to find the model of my rim in 5 minutes with a quick online search. My car now has 2 different style of alloy wheels. When called about this issue was pretty much brushed off by service manager.
The time and handling of my repairs was all around so unprofessional and unacceptable. I would never again use this location. The only plus is the service center staff & valet are lovely.
