Joe took the time to fully understand the wiper blade/windshield problem and explained the plan clearly—no pressure, no upsell. I waited on site; the lobby was clean, comfortable, and stocked with snacks and drinks. I also appreciated the technician video and the extra touch of returning my car freshly cleaned. Highly recommend!

But we just found out they decieved us and told the warranty company to start the 75k from build date. Shady stuff.
