  The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and organized, and the repair was completed faster than expected. Joe took the time to fully understand the wiper blade/windshield problem and explained the plan clearly—no pressure, no upsell. I waited on site; the lobby was clean, comfortable, and stocked with snacks and drinks. I also appreciated the technician video and the extra touch of returning my car freshly cleaned. Highly recommend!

  My experience was really good with the service as far mu car being fixed; however, the overcharged cost of the labor was criminal. I booked a service appointment online with no problem. I get to the dealership and they tell me I'll have to wait 1- 1 and 1/2 hours to diagnose the problem before they can provide me with a loaner car, which was fine. After some time, they bring me back to a service reps office to inform me of the issue. The water pump needed replacement. This is a 2010 Lexus rx 350 that I've owned for about 11 years. The car services me very well and this is the first mechanical issues I've ever had. It has 223,000 miles on it and sounds virtually new. They give me a quote of $1300+ dollars. The part cost $125.00 and they replaced a belt as well; another $125.00 for that part. Labor was $960.00!!!! Yes, you read correctly, $960.00 with no breakdown of hours for the labor charge. Mind you, once you let them diagnose your vehicle, they automatically charge you $188.00. That's entrapment! They do not disclose this prior to the diagnosis, only after so you feel like either you take a $200 hit and go elsewhere or pay the cost to fix your vehicle. I was appalled and disgusted. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and they treated me like trash. A few days after my service, a customer surveyor called me to ask about my experience. I explained all of this to her. She said someone in service leadership would be calling me with 24-48 hours. It's been over 1 week and crickets! How can they get away with this? I will never recommend them to anyone I know.
