The service department is truly top-notch. From the moment you pull in, you’re greeted promptly—often by name—which makes you feel like a valued customer. Phil, my service advisor, has been outstanding. He consistently communicates clearly about what my vehicle needs and provides transparent pricing. While dealership service pricing is typically on the higher side, I feel Sheehy Infiniti delivers excellent value for the quality and professionalism they offer. The waiting area is comfortable and well-appointed, with multiple soft chairs, TVs, free Wi-Fi, and a selection of hot and cold drinks—perfect if you choose to wait while your car is being serviced. I haven’t ordered my own parts too many times, but the parts department has always been timely and efficient when I did. I also know they work hard to locate the parts needed for my car when the service I am getting requires them to do so. I’ll continue bringing my Infiniti here for as long as I own it. Highly recommend their service department!
