  I had an outstanding car-buying experience at Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis. After locating the vehicle I wanted and taking it for a test drive, Brad answered all of my questions and introduced me to Finance Manager, Garvey, who made the purchase process quick, seamless and stress-free. l highly recommend Brad Sowers (Sales Consultant), Garvey Nushann (Finance Manager), and Rachel Sablowski (Service Advisor) at Faulkner Infiniti of Mechanicsburg!

  My experience with the entire team at Sheehy was great. Shahroz was my sales consultant and was responsive and attentive throughout the process. Every step of the way he helped to ensure my concerns were addressed Going in on a whim just to inquire about an appraisal on a vehicle, turned into the purchasing of a used vehicle. There was one particular vehicle I wanted and it was not on the lot, but within 24 hours the team got it on the lot to see in person. I did notice a few concerning dings and scratches (not uncommon for a used vehicle) but Shahroz and the Sheehy team gladly and quickly addressed the concerns. I visited no less then 8 dealerships in the area and Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis was without question the most painless and enjoyable. Honest and straight forward is what I was looking for and is exactly why I got. The team from top to bottom is great: Chase, Sergio, Garvey, and Shahroz - thank you for making a very stressful process as stress-free as possible. I will certainly be back in the future for any potential future car purchase!

  The best experience of 2025 happened at the Infinity Sheehy Of Annapolis. I purchased a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder. Shahroz, the person who help me buy the car was the most direct, honest and kind person. He helped to navigate and he explained every detail of the transaction. Left with a new car and my head high. I have no doubt that Sheehy of Annapolis treated me like a king. Thank you. I will be coming back soon.

  This is my 2nd time going to Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis for car service and once again, I’m thoroughly impressed. From the initial phone call to set up my appointment to Rachel S. (service provider) hearing my car concerns and making sure each of my concerns were all checked out — the service was great! Now, for the mechanics .. THANK YOU! I actually cheated on this location for another one that was closer to me — the other location did a subpar service which caused my check engine light to continuously light up. This location (Annapolis) recorded what was wrong with my vehicle under the hood and shared the video with me via text so I could know exactly what was wrong and where it was going wrong with clear explanation. This level of transparency is highly appreciated. Amazing staff and service 10/10 I’ll never cheat again lol.

He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, provided clear and transparent pricing, and never made the process feel rushed or pressured. What I appreciated most was Shahroz’s communication was that he was prompt, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was handled smoothly before I even stepped into the dealership. He truly respected my time and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable.
