He was very friendly and understanding. The guy did a great job on replacing my silverados windshield and looks as good as new. Overall very happy with the work done. We want to speak to an Live Person. I had to call 5 times this morning in order to speak to a live person because your Automatic System doesn't understand my needs and then automatically disconnect the call. So, if you have plenty of time to call and speak with an automatic system & then AI- I would definitely call Safelite. Additionally, I booked my initial appointment on their website. Put in my vehicle information & VIN... They came to my home for my appointment and brought the wrong windshield. Tech said he would go back to the shop and call me. He did not. Yesterday, I called 4 times to speak to a live person because the Automatic System didn't understand my needs. Finally spoke with a live person and they tried calling the shop 3 times and couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone. They said they would have someone call me back yesterday. Nobody called me yesterday. I called back today 5 times to finally speak to someone. Then they tried to call the shop and nobody answered. They gave me the number of the shop, I called 3 times and finally got someone to answer. They said they don't have an ETA yet of the part. And someone will call me back when they know. I have a feeling nobody will call me back and I will have to continue this horrible experience with this company.

For my first appointment, I waited 2 hours and then was told that the they did not have the correct windshield. They had ordered one with a rain sensor and my car did not have that feature. I made a second appointment 5 days later to get the work done. I received 1 text message confirming my appointment and a follow-up reminder message of my appointment. When I got to my appointment, they told me they do not know how my appointment was removed, but since it was removed, they do not have my windshield onsite to replace. I made a 3rd appointment the next day and it was corrected. Nobody even offered me a $5 discount or any compensation for their multiple business errors.
