  Had a in ordinary piece of glass that needed replacement and Safelite got it done in 5 days. I was very surprised and happy. Everything went exactly as they said it would - no surprises. Courteous and clean facility. The glass expert was friendly and professional. Highly recommend

  After many failed attempts to have quality work completed by the Glen Burnie location I was directed to the Annapolis store. I called and spoke with the manager who was professional and helpful making arrangements. Jason the technician who came out was awesome. There was clear communication and he was very professional and pleasant. He did everything correctly. You guys should train the Glen Burnie location how to operate! Thank you for repairing my windshield.

  Scheduled at home chip repair. Jason contacted first thing and provided an accurate estimated arrival. Once there, he took the keys and made the repair within 30 minutes. I was able to keep working the whole time other than two minutes when he got there. Very professional. Would definitely work with them again.

  *** USAA Members*** I am writing to formally complain about my windshield replacement appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM at Safelite (1950 West St, Annapolis, MD 21401). I arrived at 9:33 AM, checked in, and informed the front desk that I would be waiting on-site. My paperwork and key fob were taken to the garage, and staff verbally acknowledged that I was a waiting customer. Despite this, another customer who arrived approximately 20 minutes after me for the same 10:00 AM appointment had her vehicle pulled into the garage before mine. By 10:34 AM, my vehicle still had not been brought in, and I had already been waiting over an hour. When I politely asked the front desk to confirm my appointment time, I was rudely told, “YES! They are behind schedule,” without any explanation, apology, or estimate of wait time. At 11:05 AM, I spoke with the manager and explained that my appointment time had passed over an hour earlier. He stated my vehicle would be taken back “soon,” but made no effort to check on the situation or assist further. My vehicle was briefly moved into the garage at 11:12 AM, not for service, but simply to rearrange parking. Actual work did not begin until 11:32 AM—1 hour and 32 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. To add to the frustration, the customer who arrived after me was told her vehicle was ready at 12:18 PM, while my service continued well beyond that point. My vehicle was finally completed at 12:57 PM. Total time spent: From arrival: 3 hours 24 minutes; From scheduled appointment: 2 hours 57 minutes. During my wait, I overheard management discussing scheduling problems and rescheduling other customers due to overbooking, which confirms this delay was due to internal mismanagement rather than unforeseen circumstances. This experience showed a complete lack of respect for customers’ time, poor communication, and ineffective management. I expect an explanation, acknowledgment of this failure, and appropriate compensation for the excessive delay. UPDATE: The owner responded to my review/complaint and only says sorry. Just like most of the other bad reviews. It's apparent that the owner does not care, and will do nothing about it.

  Very professional staff. The office handled my rescheduling twice without blinking. On the day that I finally had it done the prior jobs took longer than expected, but both the office and the technician notified me that he would be late, and he arrived when he said he would. He was professional and efficient, and had the job done in a couple of hours. Everything was cleaned up and there was not a sign that he had been there except a new windshield. Highly recommended!!
