They repeatedly blamed me, even though my NTB appointment and car profile clearly listed two different tire sizes for the front and rear. I was given a condescending lecture as if I should be an expert and know to provide this information. The staff was extremely unprofessional, rude, and downright nasty. I would never recommend this NTB location to anyone.
