They only 2 worker obviously I had no clue nor did they explain that to me nor that the wait would be 3hrs. The front desk was incredibly rude. About 1 hr and 45 min in I went to check on my car. The front desk was sooo put out. Two women came in after I had been there an hour and a half. They were done the same exact time as me. So their tires took 1hr and mine almost 3hrs. I could’ve dropped my car off and come back. 10 outta 10 DO NOT recommend. Go to Mr. Tire right down the street. Lesson learned.
