  I had a great experience at NTB. the store manager Eric was very helpful. I got my tires replaced. The crew was outstanding and very knowledgeable.

  Bak, Andreas and manager Eric are absolute pros! Came in about an hour to close and they sorted out our issue (stuck stem caps) in no time at all. They were so friendly and knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. We will be back! :)

  Went in with a blown tire. Everywhere else was closed due to the snow. They provided immediate service, repaired the tire within 30 mins. All staff including manager were incredibly kind. Definitely will be back in future for any auto repairs. I really appreciate that they were super honest and said the tire just needs repair rather than replace.

  We experienced a flat tire 5 hours from home, on our way home. Sunday morning to boot! Eric was very efficient and got us in immediately. 20 minutes later we were on our way home again. Excellent service and attitude from everyone in the shop and in the office.

  I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this shop. From the start, the mechanics seemed uncertain and inconsistent about even basic diagnostics. I was told by multiple techs that my rotors were bad and that I needed new brake pads and new rotors. Then one tech privately told me I did not need rotors and asked me not to repeat that. The constant contradictions made it impossible to know what was actually wrong with my car. At one point, I even learned that one of the techs can’t drive a manual transmission, which seriously damaged my confidence in their expertise. It made me question whether anyone there was ASE certified or properly trained. Even more concerning, the shop manager asked me what type of brakes my car had, and I had to tell him what kind of brakes my vehicle uses. For a place that advertises itself as an auto and brake specialist, that was honestly alarming. I also received conflicting information about my lug nuts—one tech said only one wheel had an issue, another insisted they all needed replacement. It felt like I was being upsold at every step. I called the same day and gave them permission to order pads and rotors. When I returned, they had ordered the wrong parts—4-piston brakes even though my car uses 6-piston brakes. I had to come back again, and the price we originally agreed on increased by over $100 due to their mistake. After they finally installed the correct rotors and pads, my car immediately made a loud squeaking and scraping noise. They told me it would go away after a few days. It didn’t—it got worse. When I returned to have it checked, they insisted nothing was wrong and that the noise was “normal.” Communication was also terrible. A tech claimed he had been calling me multiple times with updates, but I never received a single call. I had to keep calling them myself just to get basic information. I eventually took my car to a different shop—and had to pay them out of pocket to figure out what was actually wrong. They immediately found the issue: the backing plates were scraping the rotors, causing all the noise. When I called back to give this feedback, the manager claimed the car wasn’t making any noise when they gave it back to me—another lie, because he acknowledged the noise when I picked it up. The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because the manager did work with me a little on the price. Other than that, this place showed dishonesty, poor communication, lack of knowledge, and unprofessional behavior. I regret trusting them with my vehicle
