  Quick and fast oil change and tire rotation. Only thing was I should have asked about getting my full size spare rotated into the mix but that was my fault. They did great and very friendly.

  Fantastic work done by everyone on my truck. I dropped it off at 10am and picked it up at 3pm. I would like to send out a special Thank You to all doing this work and especially Jeff who was just fantastic communicating the truck issues any alternatives, pricing and timeframe. He coordinated my wishes for the work and delivered exactly what I wanted. Thanks Jeff!

  I brought my car in for tire rotation and was told that I needed two new tires which turned out to not be true. They let me leave with one tire having nearly 75psi. Will not go back there.

  This was my 2nd trip to Mr. Tire. The first time was my window not rolling down on passenger side and it was because I had initiated the child safety feature without realizing it This recent time was because I had just filled up my tank but it was registering empty In doing some internet searching I learned it could be a simple fuse problem or something more serious. I noted when I arrived that every bay already had a car in it. Even so, the manager Jeff said he would CK this out for me. He said it could be my fuel pump and it was After letting me talk to the mechanic who would be working on my car he told me they would perform a diagnostic test and LMK what they discovered. They then told me it was the fuel pump needing replacement with an estimate of $300 just for the diagnosis. After confirming that ,they stated it could be a 5-6 hour job and did I have time to wait which I did. Jeff came back an hour later and said the parts place sent the wrong part and were sending the right one and apologized for that even though it wasn't his fault. At the conclusion of the job the mechanic explained that I barely had any gas left in my tank and not to drive very far til I filled up again. He said some of the gas was lost in replacing the pump and I don't remember where he said the rest of it went I have never been treated so kindly and professionally even though I did not have an appt and they had every mechanic working on other cars that had been dropped off earlier w an appt. They made me feel like I was their only customer and I doubt many places would have helped me then and there but they didn't hesitate, thanked me for my business and to come back if I ever needed them again Jeff is an excellent manager and kept track of who was in the waiting area and what they were waiting on. It is so refreshing to be treated this way on a busy Saturday that already had plenty of work to do. I will certainly not hesitate to use them again. They turned giving up 6 hrs on a Saturday into a pleasant experience and the cost was reasonable too. If you're fed up with your own mechanics or dealerships Mr Tire will take very good care of you! Everyone there was so nice and treated me so kindly and the car is running excellently It's a 25 year old Honda Civic w 150K miles on it and they even complimented the current people who routinely service my car that they were keeping everything in good shape under the hood.   Liars... On Nov 1 at 9:30 I Googled Pep Boys Annapolis but Mr tire annapolis spoofed the search. I called for a Pep Boy warranty replacement. Though I mentioned Pep boys several times, they never said they were not Pep Boys. They provided their address and I drove from 40 minutes away to find out they are not Pep Boys. Their advertising and their business ethics are on full display. Don't trust them. Check everything yourself...
