  I walked in there 1 hr before closing! Panicking, dark outside, 1 hr to drive home. They saw me and I was out of there before closing! Great job I had a flat tire to the rim, a huge metal piece was jabbed in there, they already had 2 cars on the lift but I was seen too! Thanks God

  I came into this store to have a tire patched. (Early jan 2026) They told me it would be about 60$ if it could be patched, no big deal. I sit and wait, and wait, and wait some more, just over an hour passed, the guy comes back and asks to talk to me. Sure. He said that my tire was "bald" and I should buy a new one. 0% chance that tire was bald as it was less than 7 months old(i work in construction and have frequent flats from screws). I asked him if it couldn't be patched as I needed my car for work the next day and he let slip that they had not even looked at my tire, in conclusion, they were just trying to make a quick sale, and get me to spend more money. I pushed to have it patched but agreed reluctantly to come back the next day and buy a new tire as, to my surprise a place called Mr. TIRE did not have a tire in stock to fit my car. Whatever. Another hour+ passed before he called me back up to the front and he said "youre all set, and I wont charge you since youre coming back tomorrow anyway". No word on if it was patched, if it couldnt be fixed, what was wrong with it in the first place, nothing. I beleive they never actually looked at it. My tire was flat the next morning. So. TLDR; it took these people over 2 hours to put air in my tire and bullshit me about it. Im not pleased at all I will not be returning.

  They replaced the wrong tire! This is after having to practically beg someone to come out from the bays to help customers in the office. They would disappear for such long periods of time. They did allow me to come back and replace the bad tire, but offered no apology or explanation of why they replaced the wrong tire. I’ve been here before and have been able to handle their incompetence, but this time it was too much.

  My husband got new tires and after they put them on the rims were scratched and there was a chip out of one. The one guy tried to tell us that they didn’t do that but my husband had a picture of one of the tires from the day before and there were no scratches or chips. The rims were also brand new. He had got new rims the week before. The one employee was very nice and helpful and the other was not at all.
