  When I got my tires rotated earlier this year I was told I had up to a year to return if it went out of alignment and when I returned I was told it was 30 days.wish I would have known that from the beginning

  These guys are well-meaning but incompetent, I regret to report. I had such a good experience my first time around with tires that I went back for oil changes, which have been such a disaster that the bad far outdid the good. By far. They almost burned out my engine. I made a 10am appointment and I worked away on my cell phone for 2 hours assuming they were changing my oil the whole time. Then at noon, the guy mentions as I pass by the front desk that my car is going up on the lift now! Two hours after my appointment!. Worse, I'm not going to get out of there until after 3:00 p.m. because the oil cap bolt is stripped from the last time they changed my oil. And the guy with the wrench is out to lunch. (Did he take it with him? Is there only one in the shop?) When he gets back from lunch he gets the cap off, but they have to order a new one. Okay, okay, so what? Stuff happens. Yes it does, because the last bit of that oil has spilled out this morning onto my aunt's driveway in New Jersey. The rest of it apparently dripped out during my 200 mile drive here. I'm supposed to be with my brother in the hospital, but instead I'm waiting to get towed to the local Mr Tire. I guess I should count myself super lucky that the oil didn't all spill out while I was driving on the highway yesterday and burn out my engine. While waiting for my tow I decided to call and complain, but no one's answering the phone this morning at the Mr Tire on Defense Highway in Annapolis, so I'm writing this review instead. Not bad guys, but not good mechanics. Dangerously not good.

  An hour and a half later they took all my tires off to check the brakes. I did not give consent for this. I went for a simple tire repair. They then put the wheels back on and took the car off the rack without even looking at the tire needing repair. Finally over 2 hours later they put it back on the rack after trying to sell me brakes. I told them just fix the tire. Once I got the car back they filled the tire to 44 psi. There were no other customers there, so the time frame alone was ridiculous. I would never take my car back to this location.

  I have been told so many times by other shops/Mazda that only these Ecsta tires could go on my car. Considering my vehicle does have customized features, I went along with it. But, they are tires that no one keeps in stock (probably became it’s unnecessary). Every time I have had a tire issue, that meant placing a special order. But even with fairly new ones, I was losing traction on damp roads in the summer. To be honest, I was kind of glad I got this screw in my back tire and the psi went to 17 psi. Called Mr. Tire, my “go to” place, and asked if any OTHER tire could possibly go on my car. Preferably one with treads that would be prepared for the snow. Sure enough, yes, it surely can fit alternative tires. And with a promo going on for 4 Goodyear (all season) going on, I didn’t care about the recent 2 replacements. I told them to go ahead with the 4 Goodyears. I wanted to get rid of those (performance all season 🙄) Ecsta tires and get some tires more suitable for inclement weather. I added that extra warranty coverage considering my luck with tires is so sad, it’s slightly funny. I’m not going to disclose the ultimate grand total cost. Tires aren’t cheap. It’s about where you go to get them that really might be what costs you in the long run. When I have a problem, I go to Mr. Tire. Anyway, for installation, disposal, mounting, balancing, alignment, warranty, free rotation, a promotion discount, and 4 tires that are hugging the road like a champ - I’m fully ready for this snow storm and I’m thrilled I got that screw in my tire. I had a feeling that my car could in fact have different brand tires. Leave it to Mr. Tire to help me come to that realization. I’m sure I will be back, hence why I added that coverage. I pop tires so often you would think it’s on purpose. Thanks for putting these on my car and trashing the tires that always had to be special ordered. Oh, and all the employees were great. But your tv in the waiting room has a horrific selection of channels. Please get a Roku stick 😂
