I recently purchased a car from this location, and overall had a positive experience. My salesperson, Arnita, was absolutely wonderful. I drove nearly two hours to this dealership because they were the only ones that had the exact specs I was looking for, and Arnita made the trip worth it. She was patient, informative, and supportive throughout the entire process.
The only negative part—costing this review two stars—was my interaction with Larry Cash. From the moment he introduced himself, he came across as arrogant and dismissive. As I was reviewing the numbers, he rushed me and mentioned that another customer had been there before me, but he let me go first because he assumed I would be “quick.” His tone and behavior were unprofessional and made the situation very uncomfortable.
Aside from that encounter, everything else went smoothly, and I’m thrilled to have driven off in the car I really wanted.

Wanted to share the great experience I had with Pepe & Mr. Larry as they helped me purchase my AMG GLE 63S at 20 years old. They were extremely kind and patience through the process and didn’t overlook my age. They even stay over work hours to make sure I was able to receive my car that night. Great people, great conversation and even better customer service. Would highly recommend as they will get you the best deal and show you why Mercedes is the best and the features reveal that.

I want to share the amazing experience in Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis.
Arella was amazing and very professional to work with.She did a fantastic job for the car, looking beautiful.
I was driving almost 3 hours to see a car wich I was not sure in buying but she did an excelent job. On that day, my son and I, both went to see, Arella who has the skills, was an absolute joy, and with respect in the very beginning to the final of process.
The staff, Mr. Asher Chaudry, Sales Manager and Mr. Allen Belcher, Finance Manager made me fell welcome and value as a costumer.
The purshased was absolute smooth and very enjoyable.

As many people know, the car buying process can be a daunting process. Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis is top-tier. From the moment I stepped foot in the door, I was greeted & felt welcomed.
Gabe the manager directed me to Ron, one of the salesman, who quickly located the car I wanted & promptly brought the car to the front for a test drive. He explained every feature & didn’t assume I knew something about the vehicle considering this was not my first Mercedes purchase.
Upon returning from my test drive, he arranged for my trade-in to be valued. While I waited, I set up insurance for my new vehicle. While the team was working hard & as fast as they could, the process is lengthy. The team offered a voucher to grab food at a nearby restaurant. The food did not disappoint. Upon returning the team was a little backed up, so I sat comfortably in their lounge area with plush chairs & a large flat screen television. There was a variety of snacks, water & coffee stocked to keep me hydrated during the wait.
Finally I met with Larry the finance manager who sealed the deal & provided options for maintenance packages (which if you have a Mercedes, you need it).
Unfortunately since it was Veterans Day, the banks were closed, so I couldn’t take the car with me.
The next day I arrived to pick the car up, but had a family emergency so I needed to have the car delivered. Gabe, the manager was extremely apologetic & arranged for my vehicle to be delivered to my home. Before leaving the dealership an associate helped me to activate my Mercedes Benz account on my phone for my new vehicle & showed me additional features of the application.
Gabe let me know when my car would be delivered & he kept me informed along the way.
This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Jose Perez was our sales representative at the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Annapolis, Maryland. We have had a relationship with this dealership and their maintenance department for over 13 years. This is why we returned to trade in and purchase a new vehicle. We built the vehicle online selecting options and the exterior/interior colors we liked. We were then contacted by the dealership manager, Gabe. He directed us to work with Jose. He sent Jose the vehicle we had put together and he found one in their inventory that matched 99% of our desires. We then set up an appointment with Jose and he went over all of the details of the vehicle that they had in their inventory. To be honest, we were quite surprised that they had such a perfect match on location. The next week we came back to purchase the vehicle. Jose took us through all of the technology and features of the 2026 GLC . He answered every one of our questions, some of them twice. He was extremely patient, polite and never satisfied until HE was convinced that we understood how the technology worked. He followed up with both emails with links to explanatory videos and a phone call to check and see if we had any questions Regarding any of the vehicles features. Jose was never intrusive and his call was welcomed. We have developed a relationship with both Jose and Gabe. Jose made purchasing the new vehicle a genuine pleasure. We were delighted that we had returned To both the Annapolis Mercedes dealership and to have Jose as our sales representative.
