    My key fob battery was replaced without charge. All representatives were helpful ,welcoming and eager to help. I did need to go to another place for parts but they were welcoming as well.

From the moment I walked in, Jose was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the buying process with patience and genuine care. Jose worked diligently to secure the best possible deal for me, explaining all the available options clearly and making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. He also spent a great deal of time walking me through every feature of the GLE53, ensuring I understood the vehicle inside and out before driving off the lot. His dedication, expertise, and exceptional customer service made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the effort he put into helping me find the perfect car, and I would highly recommend Jose Perez to anyone considering a Mercedes-Benz.

    I recently purchased a car from this location, and overall had a positive experience. My salesperson, Arnita, was absolutely wonderful. I drove nearly two hours to this dealership because they were the only ones that had the exact specs I was looking for, and Arnita made the trip worth it. She was patient, informative, and supportive throughout the entire process. The only negative part—costing this review two stars—was my interaction with Larry Cash. From the moment he introduced himself, he came across as arrogant and dismissive. As I was reviewing the numbers, he rushed me and mentioned that another customer had been there before me, but he let me go first because he assumed I would be “quick.” His tone and behavior were unprofessional and made the situation very uncomfortable. Aside from that encounter, everything else went smoothly, and I’m thrilled to have driven off in the car I really wanted.

    As many people know, the car buying process can be a daunting process. Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis is top-tier. From the moment I stepped foot in the door, I was greeted & felt welcomed. Gabe the manager directed me to Ron, one of the salesman, who quickly located the car I wanted & promptly brought the car to the front for a test drive. He explained every feature & didn’t assume I knew something about the vehicle considering this was not my first Mercedes purchase. Upon returning from my test drive, he arranged for my trade-in to be valued. While I waited, I set up insurance for my new vehicle. While the team was working hard & as fast as they could, the process is lengthy. The team offered a voucher to grab food at a nearby restaurant. The food did not disappoint. Upon returning the team was a little backed up, so I sat comfortably in their lounge area with plush chairs & a large flat screen television. There was a variety of snacks, water & coffee stocked to keep me hydrated during the wait. Finally I met with Larry the finance manager who sealed the deal & provided options for maintenance packages (which if you have a Mercedes, you need it). Unfortunately since it was Veterans Day, the banks were closed, so I couldn’t take the car with me. The next day I arrived to pick the car up, but had a family emergency so I needed to have the car delivered. Gabe, the manager was extremely apologetic & arranged for my vehicle to be delivered to my home. Before leaving the dealership an associate helped me to activate my Mercedes Benz account on my phone for my new vehicle & showed me additional features of the application. Gabe let me know when my car would be delivered & he kept me informed along the way. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis!!!! Oh & Go Birds!!!!! 🦅
