Shortly after taking delivery of our GLE, we encountered a mechanical issue that could have easily soured our entire experience with the brand. The response from the dealership was immediate—they had a flatbed on-site and a loaner ready so our lives weren't put on hold. What makes this team truly world-class is their customer service and advocacy. On top of having the mechanical issue fixed by the next business day, Gabe and Casey (also Rodd & Tom from Service & Parts) also stepped up as our advocates, working directly with MBUSA to secure an assistance package that truly acknowledged the hassle we went through. It is rare to find a dealership that takes this much personal ownership of a customer’s situation. The entire team at MB Annapolis (sales, service, and parts) is the best team I’ve ever worked with and I recommend everyone within driving distance to purchase their Mercedes with this wonderful team.
