If you have the slightest problem--in my case, the car battery was dead and I needed a replacement rental--then you are headed for an absolute nightmare. Through the phone service, you can't reach the local office from which you rented the car. Instead, you have to speak to a central office customer service rep who could not be any less helpful. I know--I spoke to five different customer reps. and they were all absolutely useless in helping me resolve the issue. The reps seem programed as to what to say and they can't handle any problem outside of that.. They don't even try or offer to get help from someone else who can resolve a problem! I eventually gave up and went to another rental car company.
