- LMLil MoFeb 14, 20261.0I reserved a rental for 7 days. I selected a truck. It said it would be a Toyota Tacoma or similar. I got a call the day of, asking me if I wanted to get an SUV at the same price. I agreed. When the guy arrived, I walk out to a huge Chevy Silverado. I said, so it is a truck, the guy laughed. I didn’t think it was funny, cuz they had told me I was getting an SUV. I went with it. I had a hiccup getting my vehicle repaired, so I didn’t need the rental past 2 days. I called to have it closed out. A couple of days later, I see the amount on my cc changed to $143 and change. I thought that was odd cuz I only had the car 2 days and reservation for 7 days was $383 and change. I called to find out why I am being charged so much. The guy told me it’s around $70/day, but if you rent for a week, 2 days are free. No where does it state this on the website. I booked on the app. I was upset. I’ve never paid so much for a rental car in my life. I’ve had many! Needless to say, I will never be back, and I am posting this so everyone is aware of what a ripoff this Enterprise is.
