    I initially believed this location was exceptional, but that impression has been completely dismantled. Over an extended period, I made consistent efforts to communicate with this branch regarding the availability of a Toyota RAV4. I repeatedly called to check inventory, requested follow-up communication, and specifically asked to be notified if a comparable vehicle became available. Despite assurances, I was never contacted. On two separate occasions within the last two weeks, I explicitly requested a Toyota RAV4 rental and was clearly told that one was available. The first time, I was informed that a RAV4 was on-site and that I could switch from my current rental. Upon arriving at the location, I was then told—without explanation—that no RAV4 was available. Instead, I was handed a compact Chevy Trax, a vehicle I strongly dislike and would not have accepted had I been given accurate information. Two days ago, I contacted the location again, explaining that I did not feel safe in the current vehicle and reiterating my request for a RAV4. I was told they were expecting one, with the only delay being a brief visit to the body shop. We mutually agreed that I would pick it up the following day after work to allow time for cleaning and preparation. However, when I provided a courtesy call with my estimated arrival time, I was once again told that no RAV4 was available. This time, the explanation was that the vehicle was still at the shop for an oil change and routine inspection—services that typically take only a few hours and which the vehicle had already been in for since the previous evening. This location has now disappointed me on three separate occasions, each time due to misleading information and broken commitments. The lack of transparency, accountability, and follow-through is unacceptable and has resulted in a complete loss of trust. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase accurate information or be misled into believing a vehicle is available when it clearly is not. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and entirely avoidable. Management should treat this as a final warning. Repeatedly promising vehicles you do not have is deceptive and unacceptable. This exact behavior is why more people are abandoning traditional rental companies and choosing services like Turo instead. If this location continues operating this way, it will keep losing customers—and deservedly so.
