On the way to the rental office, the employee clearly explained the next steps, the rental process, contract details, and insurance options. Once at the office, I quickly paid my deposit, signed the contract, and was on my way. The employee was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire experience.
- MDMelissa DonovanAug 5, 20251.0Getting the vehicle was fine, turned in the vehicle and was told that there was “new damage” to the vehicle that I told them about when we did the initial walk around and was told “that’s all noted in the iPad and we are looking for more extensive damage” and they are now blaming me and telling me to put it through my insurance. The car was garage kept and never parked in an area where it could’ve been hit. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and would give 0 stars if I could, they will put damage on you when it’s not your fault no matter what you say.
