Everyone behind that counter needs to be fired and I think it's about time the government cleans this area up. 4 hours later for a "ready in 30 mins" order. I call to cancel after waiting and waiting. After 30 mins of being on hold I finally get answered. They say in order to process my cancellation I'd have to speak with the manager, then he just hangs up. I call back 2 more times and for sure the same guy answers and mutes the phone each time. 08/23/2025 2:30 pm Fire everyone on schedule none of them deserve a job. Can't wait for this review to get scrubbed or the managers copy and paste response.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
