It wasn't good at all... the locked heating and cooling system was locked up and never worked while my grand children froze and burnt up while in Florida. Plus couldn't see out the windows good because of the system not speading correctly..fogged windows on both sides

Jordan’s complete lack of concern and professionalism was astonishing. This situation reflects a broader issue of irresponsibility and lack of accountability across the entire team. Thankfully, the police officer chose not to have the vehicle towed, which would have left my family stranded on the side of the highway — something they had every right to do. The only response from the Enterprise staff was an apology and half a tank of gas as “compensation.” That offer was an insult considering the stress, fear, and inconvenience we endured. This experience was absolutely unacceptable. If you need a rental car, let this location be your last resort.
