Jordan’s complete lack of concern and professionalism was astonishing. This situation reflects a broader issue of irresponsibility and lack of accountability across the entire team. Thankfully, the police officer chose not to have the vehicle towed, which would have left my family stranded on the side of the highway — something they had every right to do. The only response from the Enterprise staff was an apology and half a tank of gas as “compensation.” That offer was an insult considering the stress, fear, and inconvenience we endured. This experience was absolutely unacceptable. If you need a rental car, let this location be your last resort.

And I had to be placed into another car the first one need maintenance then had the 2 nd car and that needed maintenance I had to take time out of my day to get there car maintenance they don’t take there car for maintenance they expect the customer to do it !
