  Worst store ever. Staff knows nothing. Walked in today to switch out some oil. No employee in sight, a line of customers, and I waited for an employee to show up but no one did. Everyone in line was just standing around looking at each other like “what do we do”. I left. The store is a joke.

  Was in there a couple of weeks ago and experienced what I considered the best customer service of my life (and I'm old). Nikki was unreal. Her speed, competency, and professionalism blew me away. She found what I needed, found special tools to do the install, came out in the freezing cold in the dark and did it all for me. Unreal. I'm going to this store from now on.

  Nikki Garand is above awesome at customer service. My husband went in and needed help with his 2004 f150 and she came out and helped figure out the problem . She was very professional and helped him come up with a solution. He had gone to another automotive place and was given zero help. When I came in to get some help and asked for Nikki she helped me and when I said that my husband praised how awesome she was and she was very sweet and embarrassed about how awesome she is We will go back to Auto Zone in Aberdeen Md because of her and the rest of the staff Highly recommend this place for auto help

  The edgewood store has a bunch of rude young females working there. Do not recommend this store.
