I came in expecting a quick and simple purchase—just a pair of tailgate lift shocks—but Chad turned what I thought would be a routine stop into an unexpectedly educational experience. Chad took the time to explain the installation process in detail and pointed out a few things I hadn’t considered. What impressed me most was how clearly and patiently he communicated—he even pulled up a short video to show exactly what he was describing. His professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. At 74 years old, I’ve done my share of DIY car work, but I can honestly say that without Chad’s guidance, I would probably still be out there struggling to install those shocks the wrong way. I saw this shop had a replacement part in stock. Daniel Ruppert went above and beyond helping make this as easy as possible. He knew I was racing to beat the heat and impending thunderstorms so I could make it home. He brought me water to help with the heat, helped find me any loaner tool I needed, and even hooked me up with a poncho from his own vehicle when the rain started. You could tell that he truly wanted to help and felt bad that he couldn't do more as it was only him manning the counter today. Hopefully I dont have any problems any time soon, but if I do I would definitely feel comfortable shopping here again
