I saw this shop had a replacement part in stock. Daniel Ruppert went above and beyond helping make this as easy as possible. He knew I was racing to beat the heat and impending thunderstorms so I could make it home. He brought me water to help with the heat, helped find me any loaner tool I needed, and even hooked me up with a poncho from his own vehicle when the rain started. You could tell that he truly wanted to help and felt bad that he couldn't do more as it was only him manning the counter today. Hopefully I dont have any problems any time soon, but if I do I would definitely feel comfortable shopping here again
