In one case when they were running behind, the manager/owner got directly involved in mounting and balancing my new tires to expediate the visit.

I arrived on a Friday evening at around 5:50 PM (just minutes before closing time 6 PM) with a vehicle that was bouncing and shaking dangerously after a botched service elsewhere. Despite being minutes from going home, Thomas didn't hesitate to help. He and the team took my Mitsubishi in immediately for an inspection. They quickly identified the issue: my wheels were missing centering rings, causing them to sit off-center and damage the hardware. They stayed until around 6:20 PM—to find used centering rings that would fit and safely torqued the damaged nuts to ensure I could get home. Also, they didn't charge me a dime for this emergency help. They prioritized my safety over their own personal interests. If you want honest, expert, and compassionate service, go see Thomas and the crew at Fountain Tire.

Instead, my car was left outside and I wasn’t given any clear details about what was wrong or what needed to be done. The staff were not very friendly and did not take the time to explain anything. Customer service is very important, and unfortunately this location did not meet my expectations. I will not be returning.
