    CRACK DOWN ON THE PEOPLE DRYING THEIR CARS AT THIS LOCATION. 20 CARS WAITING OUTSIDE AND PEOPLE DRYING CARS HERE. RIDICULOUS. DONT BOTHER COMING HERE TO WASH YOUR CAR YOU’LL BE WAITING 30 MINS IN LINE HERE. STAFF IS TOO BUSY ON THEIR PHONES. OTHER LOCATIONS DOESNT HAVE THIS PROBLEM. WHOS THE OWNER?? KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR LAZY EMPLOYEES

    Used the car wash today to wash my new van. Had light road spray. Washed it with what the cycle dial shows soap. Was little to none. Then used the rince ..zero hot water. Went to the store front to inquire. Was told oh we turned the hot down. I said to manager well is running out ice cold. It's not working or rincing properly. I paid 22 in coins. Its terrible. No soup. Cold rince. I did nothing except clean the sand out of my wheel wells. The van needs to go somewete else now. They do not except the coins back or offer me any help at all. I was shrugged off and excused. This was a person that was the manager. Not the store front clerk. Sad and embarrassing. This is your customer service. Needs to managed better. Customers count. We run a business. Not likely will bring the fleet to clean them there after that. Plus I will spread the word of mouth to not use this car wash. I checked with the customer be side me on either side. There wash was even worst. No steady pressure. It was sputtering. Also I've cold rince and no soup. No maintenance and no customer service.

    Nice Small Flying J Fuel Spot, Clean and well maintained around fuel pumps ect, guys that work around the place maintenance and cleaning very awesome and helpful guys

    I always pump gas here and wash my car, so for the same when i was in the car wash this morning FEB 06 a lady approached me very rudely and told me to leave the car wash because its busy, just to let her know we are the ones who make your store busy, if you can’t handle the rush close the store just go home and play with kids. Never coming back to this station. Poor service👎

    I had a disappointing experience trying to access a shower at this location. Staff refused to provide a shower unless I showed the physical card or the app, even though providing a registered phone number has worked before at many Flying J locations. It felt like unnecessary excuses were being made instead of helping the customer. As a professional driver, access to showers is important, and consistency in policy matters. I hope management looks into this and ensures fair and helpful service for all drivers
