  Very poor, slow customer service at this location. I use Enterprise regularly across the city and this is the only location I ever have issues with. Vehicles not ready on time, not properly cleaned, and more than once have had very obviously due maintenance (worn brakes, bald tires, noisy bearings, service due indicators). They don't look after their vehicles or their customers - do yourself a favour and get a cab 5 minutes down the road to the King Edward St location - they actually like repeat customers there.

  Update#2: rental return at the same location (winnipeg airport) was quick/smooth and professional - the attendant (Fadi) was excellent, very friendly efficient and courteous - still disgruntled over the pick up experience UPDATE: After explaining my need for the specific rental the front desk agent did respond quite quickly to provide 2 alternatives, neither were great but I did settle on one - the need for a larger more comfortable SUV for ride quality was paramount as I am transporting my elderly father after a hip replacement surgery, which is what I had reserved - (more than a 4 hour drive)... While the better of the 2 options was a Ford Bronco, I went with that, the ride is still not great and I am quite concerned about my father's comfort while making the journey. Original Review: Reservation made months in advance... car not ready for pick up due to car wash issues... having to sit here and wait for them to get their act together... ridiculous... not impressed! Although the front desk person is pleasant.

  I met 2 fantastic representatives at Winnipeg International Airport, namely Anna and Mukhtar! They rendered a World class customer service!

  I came to Winnipeg (emergency) and had to rent a car last minute.Jeremy was super friendly,fast and kind.My return location(different city) was giving me some issues upon return.I called this location and just happened Jeremy answered the phone and he solved everything right away.I will definitely always recommend this location and will always preffer it over any other in town.Jeremy thank you so much for everything.

  I have rented from this location numerous times now(YWG) and the experience is always very good. I had a small issue with my rental just recently, in the form of; I did not notice some small damage to the vehicle before leaving the agency with it. The lot attendant, Fadi (I believe his name was) looked into previous records of the vehicle upon me returning the vehicle and confirmed the damage was not from me, thus saving my $400 deposit🙌. Very happy and greatful for that service. On top of this service, Fadi was very polite and inquired if there was anything that could've have been done to make my experience better! Excellent service and the price point of renting from Enterprise is usually better than their competition aswell!
