- HAHardeep Aulakh4 days ago1.0I was not satisfied with Enterprise’s service. Their service was not good, and I expected it to be better. I had a really disappointing experience with Enterprise. After returning the car, I was hit with unexpected extra charges that were never explained to me. I tried to get clarification, but customer service was unhelpful.

- GAGeneral AccountApr 13, 20261.0This location is the reason I no longer use Enterprise. I arrived for my booking to find the vehicle type I reserved was unavailable. I was offered a FREE upgrade by the manager, who then passed me over to one of his staff to complete the booking. All was well until I noticed the price had almost doubled, I mentioned the free upgrade and the price of my original booking - the staff member said unless I could prove my original price she wouldn't honour it. I had checked in the night before online, and you could assume they could see all this information on their system. The staff member wouldn't budge, she was obviously incompetent, lacked any customer service skills & her language skills were extremely poor. The manager was no where to be seen, so I asked her cancel the booking (as it wasn't worth it anymore & I had live credit card information on this booking) - she simply swiped it off he tablet screen and walked away. I had to spend my time calling the central telephone number to ensure it was cancelled and my card details were safe. I did attempt to complain, but no one was interested, including this locations management. I had noticed a distinct decline in service at enterprise running up to this, and after many years of loyal customer - this was the final straw. I withheld my review until I was sure Enterprise wasn't going to deal with this.
