  Very poor experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Regent location in Winnipeg. I rented a vehicle under a claim with Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI). I then received a call at 6:30 PM—after their stated closing time of 5:30 PM—from an employee (Khalid Jatto) stating I would be charged for additional rental days. I clearly explained that my MPI adjuster instructed Enterprise to contact them directly to confirm coverage. This was refused, and I was still told I would be charged without verification. This is not appropriate handling of an MPI claim. Customers should not be pressured or assigned costs before proper coordination with the insurer. Management should review their process and communication standards.

  Excellent service !good prices!good policy of rent !not my first time with rent Enterprise,but in Winnipeg this my favourite place to rent Most important no one is forcing additional insurance,this is the big plus I have insured by credit card and it works and accepted Will be rent again here

  The client service is outstanding! I went to budget although I had a reservation they say they did not have cars, I went to enterprise the same day, without reservation and I was able to rent without a problem. Definitely a good service!!

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car from start to finish. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make the process easy for us. We didn’t have to worry about a thing—they even picked us up and dropped us off at no extra charge, which made a huge difference. While we were there, we witnessed another customer upset about the size of their vehicle. The staff member handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and respect, which really stood out to me. It showed how seriously they take customer service, even in more challenging moments. Overall, the entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and handled with care. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service. They also accommodated my children, they got us a 7 seater for the Littles. And THAT MEANS SO MUCH!

  I have always had great experiences with the Regent enterprise location. Staff has always been incredible. And I have always been able to get a pick up when needed. I will continue to use that location whenever a car rental is required. I highly recommend them.
