They offered an ‘upgrade’ to a truck so enormous we didn’t feel safe trying to drive it nor could we fit it in the alley behind our house where our driveway is and where we needed to load. We had a supposedly confirmed reservation. Again, they were nice about it but it left us spending an entire afternoon scrambling to find anything to rent. We ended up needing to rent a trailer and make multiple trips since there were no other options and places were closing for a holiday weekend.
