Even though her vehicle was starting absolutely perfectly and repeatedly up until the minute she drove in for her oil change, My wife was told she now needed to purchase a new battery for her SUV because it was "low" on charge. After they supposedly "tested" the battery, the car wouldn't even start so they boosted it which has never been an issue, so who knows what they did, possibly loosened the ground connection, idk. Either way, I immediately placed a battery charger on the battery when she arrived home to test it myself and everything is fine and no issues starting the vehicle at all since that appointment. Coincidence??? I don't think so.
