  I’ve been a loyal customer of Great Canadian Oil Change, but this visit was very disappointing. They did not check or top up my fluids, and the windshield washer fluid was left empty, which caused trouble while driving. This is basic service that should not be missed.

  First time at this location . The experience was horrifying, the lady who spoke to us gave us attitude right from the start, make no effort whatsoever to scan the vin and rudedly asked us the clean the vin plate for her. On top of that she slammed my car door and almost crush the finger , because i was cleaning the vin plate just for her to scan,when I was about to confront her she ran to the office and closed the door you don’t like to work then just leave ,why make it personal about everything . Now my door does not closes properly We have camera inside and out recording everything, now i have to take it to a mechanic to check the door and the work oil change. If your value your time and don’t want to deal with this kind of attitude, please go somewhere else

  The first time I went to the Sterling Lyon shop, 4 months ago, I got an excellent service. About a month and half ago I went back, the new manager there was very unfriendly, rude and very pompous. Talking to me as if I knew him somewhere before and had previously offended him. I had never seen this guy before. I asked him immediately why he was frowning at me and talking rudely to me, he quickly said oh it bcos he’s tired. If u work in customer service, no matter how tired u get, u shouldn’t take it out on customers. The manager I met 4 months ago is super professional, nice, patient and friendly. The new one there will end up chasing the customers away with his nasty pompous attitude. I’m sure if he owns the place, he wouldn’t treat people like that. That’s why people like that can never own an establishment, they will always work for people their entire life.

  I do NOT recommend Great Canadian Oil Change. I was there two days ago for a simple oil change, and ever since then my van has been running terribly. They didn’t top up any fluids, not even the windshield washer fluid. They also removed a part near the engine to check the filter and claimed it was “loose,” but if that was true, any responsible shop would have told the customer right away — and they didn’t. Right after the service, my engine light came on and my van wouldn’t go past 60 km. I had to drive back and confront them. They “fixed” it, gave me a $50 gift card, and that was it — no apology, nothing. Very unprofessional. On top of that, I noticed they removed my original review. Absolutely unacceptable.
