Huge thank you to Marc and the guys that were working today (Jan 10th, just before noon). I called in a panic as I needed to get my locked lug nut off my tires and the kits I bought and the dealership I got my car at were 0 help after my key was stolen. They were nothing but a huge help not only over the phone but in person and were able to get my lug nuts off!
Again just wanted to say thank you!

What an great overall experience! I cancelled my appointment at another fountain tire location to come here. The other location is right beside my home, but the regent location could get me in right away, rather than having to wait 3 weeks. I received an 8 am appointment for the next business day! I also found this location to be very friendly and patient with my various questions. Jeff, Mike, and their team came in on the day of a crazy blizzard. All schools and highways were closed, yet they still made it in. I didn’t expect them to do this. They had my car looked at before 9 am. Got a call right away to go over estimates. Was emailed a few different estimates to choose from based on what work I wanted done. Work was done before noon. I’m very very pleased and grateful. I will be back for future oil changes and servicing at this location. Thank you so much for keeping my car safe to drive in the winter.

Scammers. Women beware! Should be zero stars.
Ive used other locations for years and have never had an issue. I took my 2016 honda crv here for a simple wheel alignment. After about 20 minutes they came to tell me that they "cant" do the wheel alignment because of a whole huge long list of parts that needed to be replaced first-since they were "extremely worn". Even the man telling me everything was sheepish and seemed embarrassed like he knew he was ripping me off. 3 months prior it was in at a different location and was told everything looks great. Other than the car pulling slightly to one side, it feels and sounds great. They handed me a quote for a whopping $6500. I obviously wanted a second opinion and then they charged me for an inspection fee of $100!! I never even asked for an inspection!!! Took the car somewhere else, no issue getting the wheel alignment done.
EDIT: After owners response- service email provided does not work...seems like they like to be perceived as interested in helping, but isn't acrually interested in following through.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
