Just back from safety, my vehicle passed yet they made $1,300 on me as if I do not replace rotors I will not pass safety, I paid to pass it. But when I got report it shows that there is no issue with rotors, only minor rust that is no problem for safety, also thickness was more then needed to pass it. Basically they made 1,200 for no reason. Also they added more repairs as recommended into report, there was no reason to add it into safety report only in case they want to make more money. They also tried to buy my car for half price, without the repairs they wanted for no reason. Clearly they make money on people abusing the MPI safety process. Avoid this place.

If you book an online appointment anywhere between 10AM and 1PM, they openly admit that will not actually look at your vehicle until 1PM because "its getting close to lunch". Would have avoided an unnecessarily long day if I knew that before. If you look at previous reviews, im not the first to complain about this.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
