Have been to this location in the past and have had top notch service every time. We put our dog down today so it was already a stressful time only to find our rear passenger tire had a nail in it and the sensor going off. I was told to bring it in and it would be fixed when they could fit it in. They weren't able to get it fixed by the time we had to take our dog to the vet but they told me to come back and they would top up the tire so we could get our dog to the vet to say out goodbyes and then drop the car back off for the full repair. They were still able to fix the tire before days end and when i walked in to pick up the car i was handed my keys and they said " this one is on us, sorry about your dog". Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for this place. They do great work and they clearly care about their customers. Thank you for making a tough day a little bit better

Cleanliness and order the moment you walk in the door. Thank you for the great service I can't wait to see you all in the spring to have my tires changed over.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
