Came here to have my tires changed and had an incredible experience! It all started with me wanting expensive tires based on my ignorance and google research and immediately was put on the right path by the staff. Saving me 100's of dollars per tires. So... Client care and help vs. Profits. Not common in business. As I sat in the modern clean waiting area I heard customer after customer be handled respectively. Great atmosphere, professional staff and a job well done!

About nine months ago I started going to Fountain Tire for my seasonal tire swap, then last fall I trusted them for my annual winterization.
Yesterday I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic on sluggish starting and “Christmas lighting” on my display.
Well, they nailed it, gave me a comprehensive report, and fixed the problem.
Kudos to the counter staff and technician Bryan, for a job well done!

An amazing place to bring your vehicle to! Whether you've been a long time customer, or going for the fist time, you will be cared for.
This location will address what needs to get done - either by them or they will recommend someone if it is something that is beyond their scope of work. They will also tell you what things should be done in the (near) future. If the issue can wait, they won't pressure you to do it that day.
I've always been satisfied with their workmanship and personal interactions.

Excellent service! I had a flat that I was able to put some air in, drove a couple blocks, fixed.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
