Over-promise, under-deliver, and they force you to listen to nauseating self-promoting commercials while on hold, for a long time.

We had to take our vehicle here three times to fix a tire that was going flat. The first time, they said they'd found a nail and patched it. But the "low air" light came on (for the same tire) a few days later. We brought it back in. They said they'd found another nail and patched it again. Guess what? A few days later, the light came back on. My husband took the vehicle in, waited another 1+ hours for service (by this time we're looking at over 4 hours and 3 trips to fix one tire properly) and was told... There was another nail. In the exact same tire? Talk about straining the limits of belief. We gave them three chances to make things right and are so disappointed as this would have been our go-to place for tire issues and oil changes.

I brought my sport utility in for installation of new tires....A couple days later when I checked the nut tightness on the tires, one of the tires was only hand tight.....They forgot to tighten one of my tires!!! This can not happen!!!...I know I'm supposed to bring my car back after 10k to re tighten anything...But they are also supposed to tighten all the tires!!!....This hits me deep because I drive my son around....Mistakes happen, I understand...But that is a mistake that should not happen.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
