Brought my Acura TLX to the shop last spring to get my winters taken off and summers installed. Since then I recently got a job at a dealership and decided to get my mechanics to do a swap, they informed me that the rear tire had a cross threaded lug nut and that only way to take it off will break the stud. I called fountain tire and they basically just told me that my guys are incompetent and that it could of easily been them that caused the cross thread. I understand things happen, I'm a very reasonable guy. But to basically call my mechanics names and laugh at me for calling them to bring up what fountain tire did. I for sure wouldn't recommend anyone getting service done here. Things happen but being disrespectful to paying customers isn't chill.

Excellent customer service. I needed new tires for my vehicle, after looking around for a bit, Rick was recommended by a friend. The entire process has been so easy and like just about everyone, it is difficult to schedule vehicle repairs around a busy work schedule. Rick was more than accomodating and made this entire process so easy. Thank you Rick for all the help, I will recommend you and this location everytime.

Was heading to an appointment and my TPMS alerted me to a tire going flat. I pulled into Fountain Tire on Jubilee & Pembina just after 5:PM and hurried inside to ask if they could do an emergency repair as I was trying to make it to an important appointment. They rushed my car inside and within 15-20 minutes had me on my way with a perfectly repaired tire. I cannot convey my appreciation for the prompt, courteous & friendly service I received. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars they would get it. Been driving for 50 years and have never had service like that. Thank you so much, it made my day. Adrien Poirier

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
