My dad recommended coming here to get my brakes and car checked. They were very kind & answered my questions without judgment. They explained the problems. After consulting with my dad, who said that the price seemed fair and repairs were needed...I went ahead and had them fix it. When I came to pick up, they explained the issue and why a part broke down. They were able to find a work-around and lowered the price by $80. Impressive that they were honest, they could have easily charged me full price and I wouldnt have know any different. I am very pleased with the service I received--and will be back in the future. Thanks for the friendly, honest, and efficient service McPhillips Fountain Tire. Great job.

I was near by and told them I could be there right away so they managed to squeeze me in before they closed. I was there at 5:15 and they had my tire repaired just before closing. The staff at the desk were friendly and easy going. I have not had anymore issues with the tire losing air since. Good overall experience. Thanks Fountain Tire crew !

- TST SJan 21, 20261.0I am looking for a zero review here not satisfied with their service. We took our car here last year for them to change our tyre to alloy wheel. We got the steel wheel and they put on the all season tyre. After 6months the orange light appeared on the desk board. We called them and they said to bring it back to them. So in October 2025 we took the car back and they said there was a nail on the tyre and they provided the picture. Last week the orange light appeared again, I called them this week and they said to bring it back this time I had to pay as the warrantee expired and I am entitled only to one free repair. This time they said 2 tyres have problems as their valves are loose because of wear and tear, seriously!!! We have two cars but we don’t use this car a alot! This is not a valid reason! This is a scam!!we had to pay $80 for the repair. Guys you are warned! I will not take my car again here. They are the ones who created the problem. They don’t really know what they doing. We always take our 2nd car to Kal tyre but we never had any problem. You can read through the reviews and you can see that other customers faced the same issues too. For the positive reviews I am not quiet sure whether it’s real or fake. 😡😡
