    I had a great experience booking a car with them guys, easy process, booked an economy, but wanted a last minute upgrade to a luxury, they did it for just 10 dollars, Singh was great he knows his stuff. Will definitely go back to them next time.

    The type of vehicle I was promised was unavailable. The vehicle I was given did not have winter tires despite my having requested this feature. Nobody from Enterprise apologized to me for failing to deliver on these commitments.

    They advertise vehicles they don't have. Their definition of a 7 passenger premium SUV is a garbage Bronco - 2 seats in the front, three in the back. 2+3=7? A real test of patience dealing with these people.
