If any mistakes were made to your booking etc instead of being accommodating or at the very least kind, they will find it humorous, as though it’s funny to watch someone panic after coming off a flight away from their family. Based on other reviews, glad to take our business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time. They find any way to rip you off and charge your card with the smallest of inconveniences

We also arranged to rent one of their child seats for our granddaughter. It was clean and fairly simple to install. The only downside was that it was brutally cold and it took awhile for the SUV to thaw out. When we returned, we were a little late but we were not charged anything extra. Once again, the staff were excellent and understanding.
