- CHCharles Heide5 days ago2.0Had to get my truck fixed after an accident. Was told they would arrange for a rental to be ready when I dropped it off. Enterprise didnt drop off a car. Instead I had to drive my damaged vehicle to the rental place. And have the Body shop employee drive my damaged vehicle back. Your motto is “ Pick enterprise, we’ll pick you up.” Maybe just change it to pick enterprise, we rent nice cars. I would have never posted a review except you guys sent me a survey and this google link. If you’re gonna seek feedback every time than do what you’re advertising.
