Rented vehicles few times here, sometimes they given you another vehicle or vehicle not ready even you booked for time, waiting for 40 minutes for f-150 last time, it’s why I mention 3 star

Pricing is good especially when you make reservations ahead of your trips. Vehicles are mostly in very good condition

Needing an SUV after an unfortunate vehicle accident, I went to this Enterprise location at 2195 Pembina Hyw to make arrangements for my rental throught MPI. The staff working at that time were very thoughtful, considerate, and accommodating to my request. They went above and beyond to ensure I had an SUV to accommodate the needs of my family.
Delwyn, Mutka and Lase were exceptional in their service, information, attention to details and in reassuring to me that everything would be fine regarding the rental vehicle and insurance coverage with MPI.
I definitely would recommend this Enterprise location to anyone who needs a rental through MPI loss of use coverage or any rental need.

This is my second time trying to get a car under the new team after Taku and Abdul's team. My roommate and I rented a car from Enterprise together every other day last year and in January this year. Their customer service was top-notch. But under this new team (team Mukta if i am not wrong), I tried twice to get a car and didn't get any car both times.
This time, I had a booking the previous day, but because of the blizzard, I had to reschedule it for today, December 19, 2025. However, I had to go somewhere, so I went early at 2:30 PM to try to get a car. As a car guy, it really matters to me to get the specific model. This time I chose the "we pick" option, but I asked if I could get an SUV. They kept me waiting for over 20 minutes just to let me know what they have!! So confusing. Then they let me know they would bring a Kia Seltos, but I would have to pay an upgrade fee. Why?? You kept me waiting, and now I will have to pay? They said I was early five times. I am there to do business—I know I am early. If you don’t have any, just tell me. What kind of behavior is that?
The first time with this team was almost the same experience—no idea about cars. I had to cancel my reservation in front of them because they kept telling me I was early.
We have rented 117 times last year, and most of them were walk-ins. We came again and again just for the experience and to try out new cars, and we never had any issues. But this team? It’s the worst I have seen. Will I come back? I don’t know. As someone who once looked forward to renting from Enterprise, I'm now reconsidering whether I'll return.
